Description

Genetic problems are becoming more common in Purebreds. They are often bred for "the look" and money instead of for health. There are many responsible breeders, but those that aren't are causing misery for pets and people that buy a cute dog only to find it has medical problems. Mixed breeds are generally healthier than purebreds because of inbreeding and recessive gene expression causing medical calamities.
